1.)
We ask that each prospective family fill out a Pup Questionnaire,
which you can request by
e-mailing me at
crmdanes@circlerm.com.
You can then and
fax (830-589-2787), e-mail,
or snail mail completed forms back to us. This helps you think of questions you
might otherwise not have thought of and it helps us get to know you.
This questionnaire must be filled out completely to be considered for one
of our pups .
2.) Once we have covered all questions and have decided that this is
the right choice for both the puppy and you, a deposit form will be sent
to you via e-mail to fill out and return.
When you place a deposit on a pet pup you will receive a "pick number".
Pick numbers are assigned "in order" according to when your deposit
is received, on a "first in - first pick" basis. All deposit
holders must make their choice by the end of the seventh week.
3.)
We will place weekly pictures of the pups on
our web site along with their weights so you can watch them grow.
4.)
At six weeks we will do a personality evaluation of each pup to help you
determine which puppy will be right for your family. We encourage
deposit holders to wait until the pups are at least 6 wks of age to choose
their puppies as their personalities are not prominent until that age.
5.)
Your appointment to chose and pick up your pup will be set for the week
end between their 7th and 8th week in most cases. Appointments will
be made in order of pick number assigned. Pups being shipped will
have shipped dates arraigned that following week.
6.)
Your pup will will go home with up to date shots and all wormings.
He/she will usually be micro-chipped and dew claws removed. You will
have a puppy Pkt. with extensive information, micro-chip application, AKC
registration application, and pedigree information. Of course, a
copy of the signed contract with guarantees. And you will also be
given a sample bag of dog food (Purina Pro Plan Lamb and Rice) and coupon
for your first bag of food.
Note: We often keep a pup
from our breedings, we reserve the right to hold up to two pups for our
breeding program. We also occasionally have customers who have paid
deposits on past litters who for whatever reason, were not able to get a
pup at that time. These families will have first pick numbers for pet
quality pups (behind full registration, breeder pups) at the next
available litter of their choice.
